Progressive Leaders Assemble For Summit on Thursday, January 27

Virtual progressive summit with grassroots activists, policy experts, and labor leaders including Founding President and CEO of Voto Latino Maria Teresa Kumar, AFL-CIO President Liz Shuler, CPD Action Co-Executive Director Analilia Mejia, Local Progress Executive Director Sarah Johnson, CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies’ Deepak Bhargava, Community Change Action Fund Co-President Lorella Praeli, and special guest elected leaders, including Congressional Progressive Caucus Chair Rep. Pramila Jayapal, Sen. Bernie Sanders, Rep. Mark Pocan, Rep. Barbara Lee, Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Rep. Andy Levin, Rep. Veronica Escobar, Rep. Jamaal Bowman, and Rep. Jamie Raskin.

WASHINGTON – On January 27, 2022, starting at 1:00 p.m. ET / 10:00 a.m. PT, grassroots organizers, activists, artists, progressive thought leaders, and special guest policymakers from across the nation will gather for a virtual convening, Winning Change That's Built To Last

The speakers will evaluate lessons learned in the first year of the Biden Administration, discuss next steps, and make the case for the bold solutions that people on the ground need, now more than ever. 

All sessions will be livestreamed at progressivestrategysummit.org from 1:00 p.m. ET to 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, January 27.
